Arrival by train at Santa Maria Novella rail station
Taxi: 15 minutes ca. Bus n° 11, 36 or 37 from Santa Maria Novella Square: get down in Porta Romana Square and take a taxi or the bus n° 38b, direction Pian de’ Giullari. Get down at the final bus stop: from the Pian de’ Giullari square, turn to the first street on the right, Via San Matteo in Arcetri, and then take the first one on the left (in order to recognize it, there is a primary school on the corner): this is Via San Michele a Monteripaldi. Ring at gate n° 4, reception.

“Firenze Certosa” wayout:
City centre direction: at the fifth traffic-light (with crossing and digital screen) drive along the avenue with pine trees (Viale Torricelli), at the square point turn to the right and override the traffic-light at the “Chalet Fontana” bar-restaurant. Then drive again until the first street on the right, with indication: ARCETRI – PIAN DE’ GIULLARI.

A)Take this up-hilling street, the name of which is Via del Giramontino: on the top of the uphill (Volsaminiato Square) turn to the left until the Pian de’ Giullari Square. Here turn to the right, Via di San Matteo in Arcetri, and then to the first on the left, Via San Michele a Monteripaldi: ring at the gate n° 4, reception.

“Firenze Sud” wayout:
City centre/ avenues direction: follow the indication for PIAZZALE MICHELANGELO. When you arrive at the Piazzale, drive again for 2 km ca. and after the first traffic-light turn to the street on the left, with ARCETRI - PIAN DE’ GIULLARI indication; hereafter follow the indications as per A) point.
